Lawrence Robinson

     A seasoned successful, resourceful and imaginative practitioner of major change and turnaround programs; Lawrence brings a wealth of practical experience gained at all levels of the organisation across distribution, manufacturing and service industries.
     He has conceived and implemented change programs addressing process, leadership and cultural issues, both internationally and in the UK. These have been within several of the worlds largest business: GE, Alstom and Pearson. More recently he has been involved in the successful turnaround of a multi-site operation, for a FTSE 100 business.
     Believing that "people are the most important part of an organisation and they can make or break change initiatives" has ensured that "quality leadership" and "organisational buy-in" are enduring passions of his.
     Coupled to this practical experience are a B/Eng Hons Degree and an MBA from Cranfield.
     Married to Julie with two young daughters he likes to spend any free time enjoying their company. He remains constantly amazed at how cunning small children are.
